Service Integration R1.

Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Service Integration R1.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

The screen study and carrier/cassette study are now positioned in the current vessel/frame coordinates. The STEP assembly contains 95 solids. The screen is shown in its contained, unlocked inspection state; its capture and release actuation remain unresolved.

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

The screen study and carrier/cassette study are now positioned in the current vessel/frame coordinates. The STEP assembly contains 95 solids. The screen is shown in its contained, unlocked inspection state; its capture and release actuation remain unresolved.

The full vertical bounding envelopes, with 30 mm horizontal margin, clear the modeled permanent structure and conservative 931 × 547 mm opening. This is a continuous-envelope check for vertical translation, not merely a few snapshots. It does not cover hoses, cables, omitted equipment, hands or lifting apparatus.

500 mm1910 mm2190 mm

Travel places the lowest surface 50 mm above the assumed grade plane. The 0/500 mm cases are packaging assumptions; 4572 mm comes from the source load study and is not a released service depth. There is no complete riser model or proven lifting/reach arrangement.

The module guides end well below grade. A full-depth lifting/guide system, sleeve actuation, latch release, connector parking and controlled containment must be designed. Neither the box check nor the orange module placement proves no-entry service. Pump, Hub, independent sensors, partitions and connected hydraulics remain absent, so this is not the completed equipment layout.

service-layout-record.json gives transforms, travel and interference results. Sweep STEP files represent the 500 mm cover case. The Blender view uses a cutaway skin for inspection; the assembly STEP retains the complete skin.
