Backbone Fabrication R1.
Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Backbone Fabrication R1.
Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

Why this detail was investigated.
Eleven separate stock blanks replace the former fused visualization: two hollow rails, three rungs and six tabs. Tab ends meet the rail rear face and rung front face without hidden stock overlap. All units are millimetres. The CSV identifies every blank and assembly origin.

SC-014 backbone fabrication development
Eleven separate stock blanks replace the former fused visualization: two hollow rails, three rungs and six tabs. Tab ends meet the rail rear face and rung front face without hidden stock overlap. All units are millimetres. The CSV identifies every blank and assembly origin.
This is NOT FOR FABRICATION yet: joining, material, tube corner radii, end treatment, shell attachment, design loads and inspection tolerances remain unresolved. No weld beads or rated connection are implied by face contact. The R0 moving carrier still requires a separate fabrication and retention design. The original concept is preserved for comparison.
