Subfield Core divider retention R5
Controlled 64-part concept assembly, with two front-access divider screws and integral tray mounting lugs. Exterior geometry retains the current Subfield design.
The divider is mechanically retained but does not form a complete power-compartment barrier. The geometry audit identifies open paths at both sides, behind the divider, before the faceplates, and between their front edges. These are CAD empty-volume observations, not electrical or standardized accessibility tests. Materials, production route, threads, fits, preload, loads, wiring, component selection and physical qualification remain unresolved. Rear-carrier attachment is also open. This package is not fabrication-ready.
