Core Compartment Barrier R6.
Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Core Compartment Barrier R6.
Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning
Why this detail was investigated.
Controlled 73-part concept assembly. The removable lower frame, four threaded supports, rear/side barriers and revised divider preserve workshop access while nominally separating the closed lower compartment. The Subfield exterior is retained.

Subfield Core compartment barrier R6
Controlled 73-part concept assembly. The removable lower frame, four threaded supports, rear/side barriers and revised divider preserve workshop access while nominally separating the closed lower compartment. The Subfield exterior is retained.
Two focused tests passed in 109.62 seconds. The controlled export passes 943 fit/export checks and 1,720 service-motion/tool checks. The closed lower-cover void is separate from the upper/front sample volumes; removing the lower cover reconnects them as a negative control. Full CAD regression for this snapshot passed: 331 tests in 1565.76 seconds. This covers R6, not the later rear-mount revision. A clean source copy in a fresh dependency environment passed the same generation checks; all 73 STEP bodies match the working export with zero Boolean symmetric difference.
No physical electrical, sealing or manufacturing qualification is established. Ideal zero-gap contacts need production fits and a protection design; materials, post stiffness, threads, preload, anti-loosening, actual wiring/component integration, thermal behavior and physical tests remain open. Rear-carrier attachment is unfinished. This is not fabrication-ready.
Rendering/drawing orchestration scripts retain workspace-relative provenance. The native Blend and PDF are directly reviewable. Virtual environments and bytecode caches are not part of the source deliverable.
