Subfield / Pumps & treatment

Treatment circulation pump

In developmentCatalog family · circulation-pump

A purchased pump for configurations with a demonstrated liquid-circulation duty; not automatically needed in the airlift baseline.

A purchased liquid pump integrated only where the selected process requires a separate circulation duty. The primary retrofit research baseline uses airlift circulation; the presence of this family in the catalog does not make it a default component.

Purchased equipment. Subfield does not manufacture this pump. Exact qualified manufacturer/model and interface remain part of product release.

Design priorities.

  • Purchased OEM pump; not manufactured by Subfield
  • Actual duty curve, solids passage and start limits
  • OEM electrical and cord requirements retained
  • Separate mechanical retrieval—not the power cable

Where it belongs

Qualified service dock or pump arrangement for the specific operating profile.

02 / Compatibility

Match the role.
Not just the connector.

Selection is checked against the actual installed configuration, not inferred from an illustration or a catalog family name.

  • 01

Normal, peak and fouled operating conditions

Confirm against the released documentation and approved installation record before use.

  • 02

    Material and whole-process compatibility

Confirm against the released documentation and approved installation record before use.

  • 03

Solids retention, head loss and no-entry access

Confirm against the released documentation and approved installation record before use.

Adding this family to an inquiry does not establish compatibility.

03 / Service approach

Plan the next service call.

The released procedure must manage isolation, retained liquid and solids, retrieval, reseating and return-to-operation checks. Cleaning and replacement obligations remain part of the actual care plan.

01

Identify

Use the installed part, role, revision and service history—not an assumed universal replacement.

02

Replace deliberately

Follow the qualified isolation, access, containment and replacement procedure for the actual assembly.

03

Verify the result

Reconcile identity and calibration, restore safeguards and record the required commissioning checks.

04 / Before you order

A few useful answers.

The final selection needs qualified specifications, configuration-specific instructions and the approved site design.

Can I order this product today?

Not yet. The retrofit and component families are in development. Released configurations, prices, inventory, fulfillment and checkout are not connected. An inquiry is not a purchase or reservation.

How is compatibility confirmed?

The actual host tank, product revision, electrical or hydraulic class, installed role and qualified configuration must be reviewed. A familiar name or matching connector does not establish compatibility.

Who installs and services it?

The intended model uses qualified Subfield-approved installers and maintainers with applicable site permissions. No-entry service is a design goal, not authorization for unreviewed structural or electrical work.

Are ratings, manuals and warranty terms final?

No. Qualified procedures, exact ratings, required care and reviewed commercial terms follow product release. Development objectives are not shipping specifications.
